Vor Ort I

Vor Ort I (On Location I) shows, in exemplary fashion, the structure, in terms of content, of the future Collection of the Town of Schwaz. Starting with the acquisitions made up to the present time, and taking into account the town's financial position and its responsibility for local cultural life, three main objectives were defined.

These were to serve as guidelines for the activity of collecting art, in cooperation with the Schwaz Arts Advisory Council, made up of artists living in Schwaz or being biographically linked to the town or having produced an important work or exhibition in Schwaz.
